“I began my yogic life in the late 1970’s by attending Hatha Yoga classes for many years. One day I was introduced to Kundalini Yoga and something clicked inside. I decided to enhance my knowledge by attending more classes, which led to enrolling in an intensive training program. The Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) of New Mexico certified me to teach Kundalini Yoga.

Yogi Bhajan was the Master of Kundalini Yoga – he meditated on my personal history and me and gave me my spiritual name of “Siri Atma Kaur”; it means “highest soul.

I went on to teach for several years at Earthsong Yoga Center in Marlboro, MA and Gold’s Gym in Westboro, MA. A few of my students at Earthsong Yoga were so enlightened that they went on to be certified as well!

I am currently teaching classes at Pennypack Nature Center in Huntindon Valley, PA.  Due to popular demand, the classes are a blend of Hatha and Kundalini yoga. I have been teaching twice a week – Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings since 2014. My students are quite diverse in age and abilities and are unbelievably dedicated.

My intent at Inspiring Storm is to introduce Kundalini Yoga to as many students who are interested. The classes will be moderate to challenging – but always “Inspiring” and uplifting!

“The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart you’ll know when you find it.”
