Miranda

Miranda is a wife, mother, vegetarian, and animal lover! In addition to all those things, she loves yoga! Miranda started doing yoga many years ago for the physical benefits. Although, after practicing for a while, she began to notice that she felt different mentally as well. She felt calmer and more patient. This led her to joining a teacher training program so she could share this with others. During the training program, she discovered that yoga is so much more than just the physical. Yoga has helped Miranda with stress, anxiety, and creating awareness in her life. As a recent graduate of the NS 200 HR TT program, she is excited to share her practice and teachings with you.
