Elizabeth Crossley found yoga as a young adult as a way to separate an hour of her day to herself. Throughout her life she has always found yoga to be her “me time” and it helps her to unwind both physically and mentally. She enjoys sharing this time with others through a variety of class types from advanced flows to slow restorative classes. Elizabeth loves teaching because she is able to facilitate an hour of “me time” to her students as well. Elizabeth consistently encourages her students to set intentions at the start of each class, but to always make sure it is an intention they can take with them when they leave class.
