I found yoga in my twenties and fell in love instantly. Yoga came in and out of my life over the next twenty years. I had just moved to a new place and ran by a studio every day. I stopped in and started another journey. I fell into rhythm with the early morning classes and teachers. A few weeks later, I heard myself say, “I want to teach yoga” and I signed up for my teacher training that week. Ever since, each day I am now learning how to love myself, my whole self.  Each day is a new opportunity for me to shift my perspective. Each day I get to work through self-doubt, fear and emotional and physical challenges. My mat time helps me to feel the edges and move through them towards growth Yoga helps me to start each day where I am, no expectations.
