Yoga support is a gentle style yoga practice in a chair or standing using a chair for support. In this class you can expect to move safely with gentle poses that will deepen flexibility and strengthen personal body awareness, while focusing on being present and promoting harmony between body mind and spirit.
Inspiring Storm consists of experienced instructors and coaches that are passionate about overall well-being for everyone. Every aspect of Inspiring Storm is inspired to improve mental, physical and emotional wellness. We offer weekly yoga, Zumba, and dance classes; monthly wellness inspired workshops; and private and group yoga, Zumba and dance sessions.

Inspiration is defined as the process of being mentally stimulated to do or feel something, especially to do something creative. Our staff will inspire mental, physical and emotion awareness and growth to promote overall well-being. Connecting movement to breath stimulates creativity, calms the central nervous system and INSPIRES continued wellness.
Our bodies are designed to move. We are made of energy and that energy determines how we move throughout our lives by way of experiences, body make-up and emotion. Our body is a temple and to treat it right, we must keep it in motion! The best way to move our bodies is to find the right practice and teacher that fit your style and wellness goals. At Inspiring Storm, our instructors are attuned to each student’s experience from the moment they walk in the door to how they are feeling when they leave. Transformation can be defined as a thorough or dramatic change in form or appearance. The Inspiring Storm Yoga, Zumba and Dance classes are designed to help transform mind, body and emotional well-being for all of our clients. Connecting movement with breath, whether it is in a yoga or dance class, is a key step on the journey of total transformation.
